Job Overview
We are looking for a polite and well-organized Sales Counsellor to handle customer inquiries and book site visits, meetings, and appointments for our sales team. The role focuses on understanding customer interest, explaining basic information, and scheduling visits—not direct selling.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound & outbound calls professionally
- Speak with interested customers and understand their requirements
- Explain basic product/service details (intro level)
- Book site visits, meetings, or appointments for field sales team
- Coordinate schedules between customers and sales executives
- Confirm appointments via calls / WhatsApp / SMS
- Follow up for visit confirmation and rescheduling if required
- Maintain appointment records and daily call reports
- Share qualified leads and visit details with sales team
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate / Diploma (Any stream)
- 0–2 years experience in calling / counselling / coordination role (Fresher Are Welcome)
- Good communication & listening skills
- Polite, patient, and professional calling approach
- Ability to handle customer queries calmly
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, CRM, WhatsApp & Email
