Job Overview
We are looking for an energetic Back Office Sales Executive (Tele Sales) who can generate sales through phone calls. The candidate will handle inbound and outbound calls, explain products/services, follow up with leads, and close sales from the office.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound sales calls to potential and existing customers
- Handle inbound inquiry calls and convert them into sales
- Explain products/services clearly over phone
- Share quotations and offers via WhatsApp / Email
- Follow up with leads until order closure
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
- Update lead status, call reports, and customer data
- Maintain good customer relationships and repeat business
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate / Diploma (Any stream)
- 0–3 years experience in Tele Sales (Fresher Are Welcome)
- Strong communication & convincing skills
- Comfortable with daily calling
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, WhatsApp, Email
