Job Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Back Office Executive to support our sales, operations, and service teams. The role involves documentation, data handling, coordination, and smooth internal workflow management.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain customer records and internal databases
- Support sales and field teams with documentation
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal departments
- Handle emails, calls, and follow-ups with customers
- Update daily reports, MIS, and Excel sheets
- Assist in order processing and after-sales coordination
- Maintain proper filing of documents (physical & digital)
- Track project status and share updates with management
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate / Diploma (Commerce / Management preferred)
- 0–3 years experience in back office / admin / coordination role (Fresher Are Welcome)
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and email handling
- Basic understanding of sales or operations processes
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to handle multiple tasks
