Job Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Field Sales Executive to expand our customer base and drive business growth. The candidate will be responsible for visiting customers, generating leads, explaining our solutions, closing sales, and maintaining strong client relationships in the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit potential customers and project sites as per daily schedule
- Generate new leads through field visits, references, and networking
- Explain products/services clearly to customers
- Prepare quotations and follow up for order closure
- Coordinate with internal teams for installation, delivery, and service
- Maintain customer data, visit reports, and sales records
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Build long-term relationships with customers
- Collect market feedback and competitor insights.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate / Diploma (Any stream)
- 0–3 years experience in field sales (Fresher Are Most Welcome)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to travel within assigned territory
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel / CRM is a plus
- Two-wheeler with valid driving license preferred
